Edmons Howle Bradham, Jr., 78, of Hanahan, SC, husband of Donna Jean Swick Bradham entered into eternal rest Tuesday, March 7, 2023. Edmons Howle Bradham, Jr., 78, of Hanahan, SC, husband of Donna Jean Swick Bradham entered into eternal rest Tuesday, March 7, 2023. His memorial service will be held Saturday, April 8, 2023 in the Yeamans Park Presbyterian Church, 5931 Murray Drive at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends Saturday after the service. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel.
Edmons was born March 29, 1944 in Charleston, SC, son of the late Edmons Howle Bradham, Sr. and the late Margaret Tharp Bradham. He was a graduate of James Island High School class of 1962, attended The Citadel and retired from Post and Courier after 37 years as a Pressman. He was a Member of Yeamans Park Presbyterian Church and a Charter member of the Stono River golf club. He was a loving, kind and generous husband, father, brother, uncle and grandfather. "Big Boy" will be missed by all of us and especially the group from Virginia Tech who have come to include him as part of their family!
He is survived by wife of 35 years, Donna Jean Bradham of Hanahan, SC; two daughters, Shay Bradham Mermer (Adam) Fitchburg, MA and Valerie Glessner (David) of Williamsburg, VA; four grandchildren, Robert Patrick and Ethan Rockhold of Fitchburg, MA; granddaughters, Camryn Patrick of Derry, NH and Ashleigh Glessner of Williamsburg, VA; sister, Ann Warren (Ron) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; niece, Karen Moylan (Tim) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; nephew, Brad Warren of Mt. Pleasant, nephew, Michael Goodson (Sheila) of North Augusta, SC; great-nephews, Justin Moylan (Julia) of Easley, SC, Christopher (Connie) Moylan and their children of Mt. Pleasant and Tyler Warren, of Mt. Pleasant
