Edmond D. Eubanks, Jr.

Edmond D. Eubanks, Jr., 69, of Goose Creek, South Carolina, husband of Carolyn Merkel Eubanks, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, April 6, 2022. His Funeral Service will be held Saturday, April 9, 2022 in the St. James United Methodist Church, 512 St. James Avenue at 12:00 pm.  Interment will follow at Whispering Pines Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday, April 8, 2022 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Rd., North Charleston.  Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc.

Edmond was born September 26, 1952 in Lockhart, South Carolina, son of the late Edmond D. Eubanks, Sr. and Katie Watford.  He retired from Robert Bosch after 30+ years of service, working both in production and the warehouse.  He was a long-time member of St. James United Methodist Church in Goose Creek.  Edmond was a big fan of music (especially beach music) and was an avid Clemson fan.  He will be sorely missed by his loving family, friends and co-workers.

He is survived by his wife; one son, Taylor Eubanks; one brother, Marty Eubanks and his wife, Karen; two nieces, Lauren Nichols and her husband, Allen, and Morgan Eubanks; nephew, Benjamin Merkel.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Blake Eubanks.
