Dr. Henry "Bill" William Vroman, III, born on February 19, 1940, in La Salle, Illinois, passed away on January 9, 2026. He was the loving son of the late Henry William Vroman, Jr. and the late Dolores Harrington Vroman. 

Throughout his life, Henry was an inspiring educator dedicated to shaping the minds of future generations. His career as a professor focused on Business Management at prominent universities in Baltimore, where he shared his extensive knowledge and passion for the subject. Known for his engaging teaching style and commitment to his students, Henry left a significant mark on those fortunate enough to learn from him.

Beyond his professional achievements, Henry was a devoted father and grandfather. He cherished the time spent coaching his children's sports teams, showing them the importance of teamwork and determination. His involvement in their education was profound, as he emphasized the value of learning and personal growth.

In addition to his dedication to family and education, Henry found joy in music, particularly through playing the organ. This artistic pursuit reflected his ability to find beauty in life's simple pleasures and to share that joy with others.

Henry's legacy as a passionate educator, caring father, and engaged community member will always be remembered by those who knew him. His contributions to both academia and his family life speak to the profound impact he had on the lives of many. He will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his sons, Mark Vroman (Joy) of Naples, FL and David Vroman (Deanna) of Daniel Island, SC; and grandchildren, Shannon, Brooke, Jenna, Crista, and Kayla Vroman. In addition to his parents, Henry was preceded in death by his wife, Janet Tyler Vroman.
