Douglas Adam Hall, age 26, of Hanahan, SC died Thursday, December 15, 2011, in a local hospital from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Born May 18, 1985 in Charleston, SC he was one of three children of Kent Oliver Hall and Katherine Lamar Morris Hall. He was employed at Pine Forest Country Club. He attended Hanahan High School. Douglas was a happy, good natured and generous person. Doug was an organ donor and helped saved the lives of three people.
Douglas is survived by his parents; brothers, Gregory Allen Hall and Jeffrey Alexander Hall all of Hanahan; maternal grandfather, Walton Morris of Niles, OH; paternal grandparents, Mary C. Hall and Lindberg H. Hall of North Charleston, SC; five uncles: Thomas William Morris and his wife Roxane of Niles, OH, David Gordon Morris and his wife Angela of Youngstown, OH, James FitzSimons Morris Niles OH, Vernon Perry Hall of North Charleston, SC and Jay Huson Hall and his wife Sharon of Idaho Falls, ID. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Gisela Morris and uncle, Christopher Lee Hall.
The funeral service will be held in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road, Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at 2:00 pm. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends in Stuhr's Northwoods Chapel Monday, December 19, 2011 between 6:00 and 8:00 pm.
