Dorothy A. Sohl, 92, of Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Saturday, February 16, 2013. Her funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 20, 2013 in the Martin Luther Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1605 Harborview Road at 1:00 pm. Interment, Bethany Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL.

Ms. Sohl was born December 9, 1920 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of Heinrich Peter Sohl and Mary Toomer Sohl. She retired from the Naval Supply Center. Ms. Sohl was a charter member of Martin Luther Evangelical Lutheran Church.

She is survived by her sister, Violet "Boots" Sohl of Charleston, SC and many cousins and friends.
