Dorothy Ann Lemacks

Dorothy Ann Lee Lemacks, 84, of Goose Creek, South Carolina, formerly of Rantowles, widow of Thomas Henry Lemacks, Jr. entered into eternal rest Monday, June 22, 2015. Her Funeral Service will be held Monday, July 6, 2015 in J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Downtown Chapel, 232 Calhoun Street, at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be private.

Her family wishes to honor Dorothy Ann's vivacious personality by asking attendees to wear colors other than black to her funeral.

Dorothy Ann was born December 7, 1930 in Manning, South Carolina, daughter of Hampton Lee and Eunice Hudson Lee. She graduated from Chicora High School and was an active leader with the Girl Scouts and served as a volunteer in many capacities. She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her daughters, Deborah Jeanettte Lemacks Staecker of Nashville, TN and Leslie Bellaconis of Charleston, SC; and grandchildren, Jason Michael Allen Bellaconis, Tradd Hampton Lemacks Staecker, Amber Lee Jones, and Jennifer Alexandra Leigh Bellaconis Williams.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethel United Methodist Church, 57 Pitt Street, Charleston, SC 29401.
