Doris Alberta Morgan, 91, of Charleston, South Carolina, formerly of Utica, New York and widow of Robert F. Morgan entered into eternal rest Friday, January 10, 2014. Her graveside service will be held in St. Agnes Cemetery, Utica, NY on Saturday, January 18, 2014. Local arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Pkway.
Doris was born April 30, 1922 in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, daughter of the late Henry Miller and Alma Hebert Miller. She was of Catholic faith and lifetime member of the VFW Women's Auxiliary and also a homemaker.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Muller (Joseph) of Charleston, SC; two grandsons Robert Muller (Tricia) of Richmond, VA and Timothy Muller (Alice) of Charleston, SC; several great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trinity Missionary Baptist Church, 713 Old State Road, Goose Creek, SC 29445.
