Dennis Irvin Parsons

CPT. Dennis Irvin Parsons, US Navy (Ret) 67, husband of Bonnie Durham Parsons of Mt. Pleasant, SC passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2011.  The relatives and friends of Dennis Parsons are invited to attend his Memorial Service on Friday, March 11, 2011 in J. HENRY STUHR MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will be private.  The family will greet friends after the service. Dennis was born October 1, 1943 in Sauk Centre, Minnesota, son of Helen Heitzman Parsons and the late Freeman Parsons.  He was a retired Captain in the United States Navy, a pharmacist, and was an avid golfer. He is survived his wife of 45 years, Bonnie D. Parsons of Mt. Pleasant, SC and his mother, Helen Parsons of Albany, MN.  The family requests that memorials be sent to the Hollings Cancer Center, P.O. Box 250955, Charleston, SC  29425.
