Dennis Frederick Love, Sr., 73, of Charleston, South Carolina entered into eternal rest Sunday, June 9, 2013. His funeral services will be held at the graveside in Beaufort National Cemetery Friday, June 14, 2013 at 12 Noon.

Dennis was born November 23, 1939 in Botetourt County, Virginia, the son of Dorsey Butran and Lillian Frances Dillon Love. He was a graduate of NC State and a member of the Omar Shrine Temple. Dennis was a veteran having served in the U. S. Air Force, enjoyed trout fishing and the great outdoors.

He is survived by a daughter: Deborah Krantz of Charleston, SC; three sons: Dennis F. Love, Jr. and his wife Delores, Christopher Love, Sr. and his wife Shannon all of Charleston, SC and Major Jim Love and his wife Tracey of Colorado Springs, CO; twin brother: Dorsey Allen Love of Defunik Springs, FL; eleven grandchildren: David Frith, Jr., Tiffany Powers, Dennis Love, III, Katherine Love, Patrick Love, Jr., Christopher Love, Jr., Heather Love, Jacob Love, Chole Love, Eden Love and Ella Love and many great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by twin sons: Patrick Dale Love and Michael Dean Love.
