Delpha Rumph Cale

Delpha Rumph Cale, 83, of Charleston, South Carolina, wife of Jack Randolph Cale, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, October 30, 2012. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, November 3, 2012 in J. HENRY STUHR, INC. WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 11:00 am. Interment, Rumph Cemetery, Givhans, SC. The family will receive friends Friday in Stuhr's West Ashley Chapel from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm . Delpha was born November 14, 1928 in Dorchester County, South Carolina, the daughter of Perry Pittman Rumph and Sadie Richardson Rumph. She was a retired Operations Officer with Bank of America and member of Northbridge Baptist Church. Delpha was a former member of the Sandhurst Garden Club, was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.She is survived by her husband of 62 years Jack Cale of Charleston; two daughters, Angie Liberman and husband Robert of Silver Spring, MD; Sharon Cauthen and husband Pete of Johns Island, SC; a son Jack Randolph Cale, Jr of Charleston, SC; two sisters, Gloria Rumph of Ennis Montana, Rita Angle of Charleston, SC; three brothers, Harvey Rumph, Gerald Rumph and Eben Rumph all of Charleston; four Grandchildren, Lauren Messing and husband Shimmy, Avery Liberman, Michael Cauthen and wife Audrey and Matthew Cauthen; and four great-grandchildren. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Sandpiper Nursing Home of Mt. Pleasant for all their special love and
