Delbert William Norrington

Entered into eternal rest on May 15, 2010, CPO Delbert William Norrington, U.S. Navy (Ret.) of Charleston, South Carolina. The family will receive friends at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL Thursday afternoon, May 27, 2010, from five until seven o'clock. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice. Mr. Norrington was born on September 10, 1937, in Perryville, Missouri, son of the late John Paul Norrington and the late Flora Wichern Etzold. He was a retired Navy veteran and served on Submarines. After he retired from the Navy he worked for Lockheed Missles and Space Command. Surviving are his son, David W. Norrington, D.M.D. of Atlanta, GA; brother, Noel Norrington of Missouri; and sister, Vivian Cobble of Missouri.
