Deborah Berry Yon, 70, of Goose Creek, South Carolina, wife of Marion Jackson "Rick" Yon entered into eternal rest Thursday, September 14, 2023. Her Funeral Service will be held graveside Thursday, September 21, 2023 in Live Oak Memorial Gardens, 3093 Ashley River Road at 1:00 P.M. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel.

Deborah was born December 14, 1952 in Spartanburg, South Carolina, daughter of the late James Jerald Berry and Margaret Greene Fields. She was the stepdaughter of the late Charles Fields. Deborah was a career Civil Servant and retired from SPAWAR. 

She is survived by her husband, Rick; daughter, Stephanie Baladez of Goose Creek, SC; four grandchildren: Tyris, Jaycee, Nadiyah, and Benny; and one great-grandson, Wesley.
