Deborah Leigh Reeves

Deborah Leigh Reeves, 61, of Charleston, SC, widow of Orlando George DeLuca, Jr., entered into eternal rest Saturday, May 2, 2015. Her funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 6, 2015, in the International Church of God, 1560 Ashley River Road, at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Live Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Debbie was born July 28, 1953 in Charleston, SC, daughter of the late Bozman R. Reeves and the late Mozelle Addy Reeves. She was a retired social worker supervisor in Child Protective Services at D.S.S. Debbie was a proud graduate of the first graduating class of Middleton High School, a graduate of Winthrop College and earned her Masters Degree from the University of South Carolina. She was a member of the International Church of God.

She is survived by her brother, Dr. Bozman R. Reeves, Jr. (Alyce) of Charleston, SC; nephew, Dr. Christopher Bozman Reeves (Amy) of Macon, GA; niece, Allyson Reeves Weeks (Terry) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; nieces and nephews: Will, Anna Grace and David Reeves, and Alyssa, Jackson and Joshua Weeks; mother-in-law, Monica Gomez Deluca and father-in-law, Orlando George Deluca,Sr.,; two sister-in-laws, Donna DeLuca Jarrell and Robin DeLuca Jones (Kurt); brother-in-law, Joseph DeLuca; and additional DeLuca family that she loved and adored.
