Lorraine (Lori) Leitch Nagumo, 63, of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Tokyo, Japan passed away peacefully on October 2, 2023.

The Youngest of three girls born to the late Thomas H. and Lorraine Salvo Leitch. Lori was born on January 1, 1960 in Charleston. She grew up in the Groves neighborhood, and graduated from Wando High School and Lander University in Greenwood, SC.

Lori is survived by her loving husband, Masayuki Nagumo, and her daughters, Tommi Nagumo of Charleston, SC and Jada Nagumo Tsutsumi (Hiro) of Tokyo, Japan. Surviving also is her sister, Becky Leitch, and a host of cousins, especially Victor Salvo, her running buddy when she came home for visits. 

In addition to her parents, Lori was predeceased by her sister, Kathryn Leitch.

Inurnment will be private in Mt. Pleasant Memorial Gardens.
