Dawn Leigh Morrow White, 61, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, died Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at her home. Her Funeral Service will be held Saturday, June 24, 2017 in the Sunrise Presbyterian Church, 3222 Middle Street at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Mt. Pleasant Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the J. HENRY STUHR, INC. MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL, 1494 Mathis Ferry Rd.

Dawn was born July 13, 1955 in Spartanburg, SC, daughter of the late James William and Ora Morgan Morrow. She worked as a registered nurse for 35 years and was a member of Sunrise Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Shelly Morgan White; two brothers, Jerry D. Morrow and Gary C. Morrow; nephews, Jeremy and William Morrow; nieces, Louisa and Genevieve Morrow; and best friend, Gene White.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Theresa Lynn Morrow Gowdy.
