David Gibson Swain

David Gibson Swain, 54, of Moncks Corner, SC, husband of Jeannie Flowers Swain died Wednesday, January 28, 2015. His Funeral Service will be held Monday, February 2, 2015 in ASHLEY RIVER BAPTIST CHURCH, 1101 SAVANNAH HIGHWAY at 2:00 pm. The family will receive friends in the Church Monday from 1:00 pm until the time of service.

David was born June 2, 1960 in Charleston, SC, son of the late Cecil Earl Swain Jr.and the late Mary Louise Gibson. He was the Technical Director of North Charleston Performing Arts Center.

He is survived by his wife, Jeannie Swain; son, Andrew B. Swain, both of Moncks Corner, SC; two daughters, Lisa Bishop (Ashley) Johnson of Moncks Corner, SC and Morgan L. Swain of Vail, CO; granddaughter, Wrenn Johnson of Moncks Corner, SC; two brothers, John Cecil (Angela Shull) Swain of Charleston, SC; Edwin Brent (Christi) Swain of Conway, SC.
