David Wilmot Oliver , 75, of North Charleston, South Carolina, husband of Carol Elizabeth Clark Oliver died Thursday, June 22, 2017. His Funeral Service will be held Friday, June 30, 2017 in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., North Area Chapel, 2119 Dorchester Road at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Bethany Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
David was born March 15, 1942 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of the late John Henry and the late Daisy Neva Lahmeyer Oliver. He graduated from Chicora High School and retired from Cameron and Barkley Co. David supported children's sports and enjoyed coaching football.
In addition to his wife of 22 years, Carol, he is survived by his two stepsons, Brian and Stephen Bowers; his brother, John H. Oliver, Jr. (Donna); and his sister, Cheryl McColl (Hugh).
