CPO David Allen Mueller, US Navy Ret., 82, of North Charleston, South Carolina, husband of Vertie Joan Todd Mueller entered into eternal rest Thursday, September 28, 2023. His  Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, October 3, 2023 in the St. John The Beloved Catholic Church, 28 Sumter Avenue, Summerville, SC at 1:00 pm. The Prayers of Final Commendation and Farewell will follow at Carolina Memorial Park.  Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel.

David was born November 17, 1940 in Cleveland, Ohio, son of the late Clarence Peter Mueller and the late Margaret McGuire Mueller.  He was a retired Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy and a Truck Driver.  David loved sports and especially was a fan of the Cleveland Browns.  He enjoyed working in his yard.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Joan Mueller; two daughters, Deborah Mueller and Rhonda Curtis (Christopher); granddaughter, Shelley Curtis all of North Charleston, SC.
