David "Jamie" Dark, 26, of Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Monday, September 18, 2017. His Memorial Service will be held Saturday, September 23, 2017 in J. HENRY STUHR INC.,WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 11:00 a.m.
Jamie was born September 23, 1990 in Birmingham, Alabama, son of James Carroll Dark, Jr., and Tammy McCaffrey Knight. He was an electrician. Jamie was an artist and a musician who loved to play the guitar.
He is survived by his father, James Carroll Dark, Jr., of Charleston, SC; mother, Tammy McCaffrey Knight of Green Pond, AL; three brothers, Christopher James Dark of Charleston, SC, Dustin Matthew Dark of Tuscaloosa, AL, Joshua Anthony Dark of Charleston, SC; two sisters, Allison Brooke Dark of Charleston, SC, and Tabitha Warren of Tuscaloosa, AL.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Charleston/Dorchester Mental Health Clinic, 2100 Charlie Hall Blvd, Charleston, SC 29414.
