David Wayne Costopulos, 53, of Charleston, SC, entered into eternal rest Sunday, April 26, 2020. David was born March 14, 1967 in Charleston, SC, son of Patricia L. Chance Poulos and the late James Poulos. David was a veteran of the US Air Force wherein he served as a flight engineer on the Lockheed C-141 Starlifter. He had a deep passion and everlasting love for the art of photography, a talent for the craft of fine carpentry work, and an immense appreciation for living and discovering life along the intercoastal waterways of the Charleston, SC coast. He was largely perceived to be a personable and kind human being with a gentle soul. By far, David's most valued assets were the innumerous friends with whom he developed and nurtured uniquely individual and personal connections and relationships with over the years of his life. His memories are sure to evoke smiles and laughter to all those who shared a special kinship with him. "Catch you later", David. You are remembered and deeply missed. Rest in peace.
David is survived by his mother, Patricia L. Poulos; sister, Cheri L. Poulos; brother, Dennis T. Poulos; niece, Kindra (Poulos) Stolzer; and nephews, Brandon J. Poulos and Zackery D. Poulos.
He was preceded in death by father, James Poulos and brother, James W. Poulos.
