David "Bear" Bevis, 61, of Summerville, SC, died Monday, January 2, 2017. The family will receive friends Thursday, January 5, 2017, from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. in J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road.
He is survived by his son, David Hatch of Shannon Hills, AR; father, William Fred Bevis, Jr.; and two brothers, John Bevis of Jacksonville, FL and Steven R. Bevis of Fontana, CA. He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Lenoir Bevis.
