Darlene Delores Pendergrass McKinley

Entered into eternal rest on the morning of June 23, 2010, Darlene Delores Pendergrass McKinley, widow of John Walter McKinley, Sr.  Residence, Charleston, South Carolina; formerly of Cincinnati, Ohio.  The relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service Wednesday, June 30, 2010, at two o'clock in Charleston Baptist Church.  Committal Services will be conducted Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at eleven o'clock in Spring Grove Cemetery, Cincinnati, Ohio.   

Mrs. McKinley was born on April 14, 1922 in Athens, Georgia, daughter of the late George and Sarah Kenney Pendergrass.  She was a retired Lunchroom Dietitian Manger with the Cincinnati Ohio Board of Education.  Mrs. McKinley attended Charleston Baptist Church.  

Surviving are two daughters, Carolyn McKinley of Marion, IN, Johnetta McKinley of Charleston; a son, John Walter McKinley, Jr. of Cincinnati, OH; a sister, Ida Bell Evans of Springfield, OH; two grandchildren, John Walter McKinley, III of Ft. Worth, TX and Michelle McKinley of Cincinnati, OH; and three great grandchildren.
