Daniel Boone McMillan

Daniel Boone McMillan, Jr., 88, of Charleston, South Carolina, husband of Delores M. McMillan, died Monday, May 26, 2014. His Funeral Service will be held Thursday, May 29, 2014 in The First Baptist Church of Charleston, 48 Meeting Street at 12:00 p.m. Interment, James McMillan Cemetery, Bamberg, SC at 3:00 p.m. The family will receive friends Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until time of service in The First Baptist Church of Charleston. Daniel was born August 22, 1925 in Bamberg County, South Carolina, son of the late Daniel Boone McMillan and the late Hattie Miller McMillan. He retired in 1983 from SCE&G as Supervisor of Operations. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Charleston.

He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Pamela McMillan McKinney (Pat) of Charleston, SC and Peggy McMillan Infinger (Paul) of Beaufort, SC; three granddaughters, Amy McKinney Luff (Matt), Sally McKinney Hall (Taylor) and Megan Abigail Chandler; step-granddaughter, Kelley McKinney Stovall (Jeff); two great-grandsons, Boone McMillan Luff and Kameron McKinney Stovall; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
