Daniel Knowell Jr., 74, of North Charleston, SC, husband of Barbara Knowell entered into eternal rest Wednesday, February 5, 2014. His Funeral Service will be held Monday, February 10, 2014 in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road at 12:00 pm. The family will receive friends Monday from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm in Stuhr's Northwoods Chapel.
Daniel was born June 2, 1939 in Charleston, SC, son of the late Daniel Knowell, Sr. and the late Ernestine Smalls Knowell. He was a retired trucking transportation owner-operator.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Knowell of North Charleston, SC; daughter, Stacie Oliver of Jamaica, NY; sons: Monte Grace of Washington, DC, Vincent Bowie of Jamaica, NY and Reginald Bowie of Washington State; two sisters; six brothers; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family.
