Daniel Ellils Hay

Entered into eternal rest on June 1, 2010, Daniel Ellis Hay, III. Residence, Charleston, SC.  The relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral services in James Island Presbyterian Church, Saturday, June 5, 2010 at eleven o'clock. Burial will be private. Friends may call at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL Friday, between five and seven o'clock.

Danny was born December 8, 1958 in Charleston, SC, the son of Daniel Ellis Hay, Jr. and Rose Wilson Hay.  He was a graduate of Irmo High School and a member of James Island Presbyterian Church.  He was employed by W.P.C., a Terracon Corporation.

He is survived by his Mother of Johns Island, SC; two daughters: Rebecca M. Hay,  Emily W. Hay, and their mother, Michele H. Hay, all of Charleston, SC; four sisters: Rose Ellis Hay Blessing (Dale) of Johns Island, SC, Lydia Lebby Hay McElmurray (Herndon) of Wadmalaw Island and Anne Hay Marcengill (Sam) of Greenville, SC and Kathryn Hay McDaniel (Randy) of Greenwood, SC; and a number of devoted nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
