Dana Lynn Bouley, 41, formerly from Des Moines, IA and Phoenix, AZ entered into eternal rest Saturday, March 27, 2021.
Dana was born October 28, 1979 in Des Moines, IA to Linda Jo Anderson and the late Darrell Eugene Bouley. She is survived by her husband, Matt Haywood, of Goose Creek, SC; three children, Sky Brianna Larson of Waukee, IA, Kenadee Renee Haywood of Phoenix, AZ and Chance Matthew Haywood of Goose Creek, SC; her mother Linda Jo Anderson of Buckeye, AZ; step mother, Barbara Bouley of Clive, IA; a stepsister, Dina Bechman (Gerald) of West Des Moines, IA; stepbrother, Ross Porter (Tone) of Des Moines, IA and many extended family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Northwoods Chapel.
