Cynthia "Sue" Hawkins Martin

Cynthia "Sue" Hawkins Martin, 85, of Charleston, South Carolina, widow of William Ralph Martin entered into eternal rest Friday February 3, 2017. The family will receive friends Monday in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Her Funeral Service will be held Tuesday February 07, 2017 at the graveside in Live Oak Memorial Gardens, 3093 Ashley River Road at 11:00 a.m.

Sue was born January 13, 1932 in North Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late William Duncan and Ursula March Ballance Hawkins. Sue's favorite saying were "I love my Children, I love my Church and God has been good to me".

She is survived by her two daughters, Patricia Diane Burn (Harry) of Charleston, SC, Nancy Elizabeth Wiegand (Leonard) of Charleston, SC; son, Ricky Glenn Martin of Charleston, SC; eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
