Cynthia Seabrook

Cynthia Seabrook, 74, of Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, January 10, 2026. Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Cindy's Life on Saturday, January 17, 2026 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm.

Cindy was born February 13, 1951 in El Paso, Texas, daughter of the late George Washington Seabrook, III and Phyllis Farquhar Seabrook. Cindy graduated from Converse College in 1973 and went on to earn her master's degree in regional planning at the University of Georgia. She worked for many years in Atlanta with Kennesaw State University, later returning to Charleston where she worked at Trident Technical College.

She is survived by her brother, George Washington Seabrook, IV (Martine); sister, Susan S. Comer (Robert); nieces, Jamieson Comer and Claire Seabrook; and nephews, Christopher Comer and William Seabrook.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
