Cynthia Ann Craven

Cynthia Ann Rudd Craven, 56, of Johns Island, South Carolina, wife of Randy Craven entered into eternal rest Friday, July 5, 2019. The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 10, 2019 in J. Henry Stuhr Inc., West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Her funeral service will be held at the graveside Thursday, July 11, 2019 in Live Oak Memorial Gardens, 3093 Ashley River Road at 10:00 a.m.

Cynthia was born November 27, 1962 in Fort Stewart, Georgia, daughter of the late Robert Lee Rudd and Lillian Doris Riddle Rudd. She was a secretary with the Army Corps of Engineers for 27 years. Cynthia enjoyed camping, fishing, boating, bird watching Clemson football, cookouts and cooking. She loved her family time and was a true patriot. She was raised a Southern Baptist.

She is survived by her husband, Randy Craven, Sr., of Johns Island, SC; daughter, Michelle Craven of Johns Island, SC; son, Randy Craven, Jr., (Danielle) of North Charleston, SC; two grandchildren, Cody Craven and Kayli Craven; brother, Bruce Rudd (Tina) of James Island, SC; nieces and nephews, Tina Tribuna, Colton Rudd and Casey Rudd.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Avian Conservation Center and Center for Birds of Prey, 4719 N Hwy 17, Awendaw, SC 29429 and/or The National Kidney Foundation of SC, 508 Hampton Street, Suite 206, Columbia, SC 29201.
