Cynthia was born December 15, 1959 in Bethesda, MD, daughter of William Ferdinand Heinz and Phyllis Hommerbocker Heinz. She was a graduate of the University of Maryland and was the owner of Nexus Technologies, Inc.
She is survived by her daughter, Christina Coster of Baltimore, MD; son, William F. Coster of Silver Spring, MD; sister, Theresa Casiello of Annapolis, MD; and grandchildren, Ayva Agno and Urijah Agno of Baltimore, MD.
