Courtney LeAnn Adams, 22, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, died Sunday, May 21, 2017. Her Funeral Service will be held Friday, May 26, 2017 in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road at 3:00 pm. The family will receive friends Thursday, mAY 25, 2017 in the Mount Pleasant Chapel from 5:00 until 7:00 pm.

Courtney was born August 7, 1994 in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, daughter of Raymond Stuart Adams and Camelia Creasy. She worked in the Food Service Industry.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughter, Charlotte Marsh Adams of Mount Pleasant, SC; sister, Carly Lynn Adams of Mount Pleasant, SC; maternal grandparents, Tommy (Cornelia) Creasy of Lexington, TN; paternal grandmother, Linda B. Storey of Anderson, SC; aunt, Crystal Adams of Summerville, SC; and uncle, Michael Creasy of Modesto, CA.
