Constance "Connie" Gabis Miller

Constance "Connie" Gabis Miller, 85, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, wife of the late Robert E. Miller, passed away on Monday, September 8, 2014. A private family service will be held at a later date. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC. MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL.
Connie was born November 1, 1928 in Toronto, Ohio, daughter of the late Julian and Stella Mroz Gabis. She was retired from The Medical University of South Carolina, where she served as a Registered Nurse.
She is survived by her son, David P. Miller and his wife, Sherry of Mount Pleasant, SC; her grandson, Bobby Rogers of Mount Pleasant, SC; her son-in-law, Michael Johnson of Mount Pleasant, SC; and her nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her daughter, Joanne Rogers Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to East Cooper Meals on Wheels, P. O. Box 583, Mount Pleasant, SC 29465.
