Colleen Stewart Garrett

Entered into eternal rest on the morning of July 9, 2010, Colleen Stewart Garrett, wife of Earl M. "Monty" Garrett, Jr. of North Charleston, SC.  The relatives and friends of Mr. & Mrs. Earl M. Garrett, Jr. are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial in St. Theresa Catholic Church, Dorchester Road, Monday, July 12, 2010, at eleven o'clock.  Prayers of Final Commendation and Farewell in Carolina Memorial Park.  Friends may call at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road on Sunday, between  five and seven o'clock.

Mrs. Garrett was born on February 19, 1935 in Lonaconing, MD the daughter of John "Jack" Stewart and Mary Kelly Stewart.  She was a secretary for the South Carolina Department of Disability and Special Needs. 

She is survived by her husband, Monty Garrett of North Charleston, SC; three children:  Nancy M. Garrett of North Charleston, SC, John Stewart Garrett (Gina) of Ladson, SC and Ann Garrett Clark of Summerville, SC; and seven grandchildren.
