Clarence Edward Brownlee, Sr.

Clarence Edward Brownlee, Sr. 98, of Orangeburg, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Thursday, July 28, 2022. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel. 
 
Clarence was born September 11, 1923 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of the late Clifford Brownlee and Rachel Jacques Brownlee.  He was a retired union agent with SCE&G Utilities. He was a United States Army Veteran, loved fishing, boating, and spending quality time with his friends and family. 
 
He is survived by his son, C.E. Brownlee, Jr.; granddaughter, Sarah Brownlee Collins (Lawrence); grandson, Owen Brownlee; great-granddaughter, McKenzie Marie; and a great-grandson, Riggs Collins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by Dan Gelhken.
