Claire Sarchet Van Horn, 16, of North Charleston, SC entered into eternal rest Tuesday, July 12, 2016. Her funeral service will be held Saturday, July 16, 2016 in Cathedral Of Praise, 3790 Ashley Phosphate Road at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow at Dorchester Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm in Cathedral Of Praise. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel.

Claire was born May 22, 2000 in Charleston, SC, daughter of William "Bill" Van Horn and Connie Paulson Van Horn.

She is survived by her parents; brother, Bennett Van Horn of North Charleston, SC; sister, Abby Van Horn of North Charleston, SC; maternal grandfather, Martin Gene Paulson of Sharpsville, PA.
