Cintra Coons Anderson, 74, of Charleston, South Carolina, wife of the late SCPO Duane John Anderson, USN (Ret.) entered into eternal rest Saturday, April 2, 2016. Her Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, April 6, 2016 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 10:00 a.m. The family will receive friends in Stuhr's West Ashley Chapel from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will be held in Beaufort National Cemetery, Beaufort, SC at 1:00 p.m.

Cintra was born November 5, 1941 in Amsterdam, New York, daughter of the late Mr.& Mrs Coons. She was a homemaker, and a member of St. Matthews Lutheran Church.

She is survived by her sister, Lorna Coons, extended family, and a special longtime friend Margot Kopp and family of Charleston, SC.
