Cindy Lea Stacy, 61, of Franklin, Virginia, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, April 25, 2023. Her burial will be held Thursday,  May 4, 2023 in Mt. Pleasant Memorial Gardens, 1308 Mathis Ferry Rd.at 1:00 pm. Followed by her memorial service at J. Henry Stuhr, Inc, Mt. Pleasant Chapel, 1494 Mathis Ferry Rd. at 2:00 pm. 

Cindy was born February 6, 1962 in Jacksonville, Florida, daughter of the late Edmond Millard Jacobs and the late Wilda Ruth McCleod Jacobs. Cindy's children capture her spirit with the following words and phrases: fun loving, sun seeker, wordsmith, extremely witty, spoke fluent sarcasm, lover of all creatures and earth, free spirit, cat lady, live music chaser, poetic, creative, sentimental, loving, hilarious, dark humor, true crime junkie, redskins football fan, spiritual and other worldly believer, believer in all things good, advocate for the underdog, unshakeable ally to the lgbtq community, beach beauty, a warm hug, a safe place for worries and very giving. She raised a beautiful family and will be remembered for the way she loved them.

She is survived by her three daughters, Heather Beloff (David) of Virginia Beach, VA, Tara Kelley of Franklin, VA, Jessica Fiorillo (Lorenzo) of Oak Grove, KY; two grandchildren, Emma Beloff, Hannah Beloff; sister-in-law, Carolyn Jacobs; three brothers, Jeff (Donna) Jacobs, Kerry Jacobs, Steve (James) Jacobs; and a large extended family. She was preceded in death by her brother, Jon Jacobs.
