Christopher "Joey" Joseph Carswell

Christopher "Joey"Joseph Carswell, 31, of North Charleston was taken from this life way too soon on Sunday, May 8, 2016. A Celebration of Life service will be held Thursday, May 12, 2016 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 3:00 p.m. All relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Joey was born April 4, 1985 in Charleston, SC, son of Andrew Carswell and Roberta Able Carswell. He was an avid sports fan of baseball, football and NASCAR. He was outgoing and never met a stranger. He will be sadly missed by all.

He is survived by his mother, Roberta Carswell of West Ashley, father, Andrew Carswell (Loretta) of Memphis TN, two brothers, Robert Carswell of North Charleston, SC, and Michael Patrick Carswell of Memphis, TN; son, Shane Clark of North Charleston, SC; aunts, uncles, nephews, and cousins.
