Christine Hatcher Johnson

Christine Hatcher Johnson, 91, of Goose Creek, SC, died Sunday, December 7, 2014. Her graveside funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 10, 2014 in the Plantation Memorial Gardens, 3345 South Live Oak Drive at 2:00 pm. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road.

Christine was born May 17, 1923 in Macon, GA, daughter of the late Edward Hatcher and the late Clara Dorsey Hatcher. She was a self employed Nanny and Methodist in faith.

She is survived by three grandchildren: Robyn Mathis and her husband Joseph of Goose Creek, SC, Robert Johnson Denver, CO and Dawn Chandler and her husband Brice of Summerville, SC; great-grandchildren: Angela Jones, Sarah Johnson, Morgan Chandler, Amanda Jones; Randi Chandler and Kristi Johnson; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Robert Johnson.
