Cheryll E. Hines, 60, of Hanahan, South Carolina, wife of the late Vernon "Bunky" Lee Hines, Jr. entered into eternal rest Saturday, March 16, 2024. Her Funeral Service will be held Friday, March 22, 2024 in the Highland Park Baptist Church, 6211 Murray Drive Hanahan, SC at 12:00 pm.  Interment will be at Carolina Memorial Park 7113 Rivers Ave North Charleston, SC. The family will receive friends Thursday, March 21, 2024 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Northwoods Chapel 2180 Greenridge Road, North Charleston, SC.

Cheri was born May 12, 1963 in Charleston, SC, daughter of the late Thomas Hoyt Etheridge and Marian Gwendolyn "Gwen" Brown Etheridge.   

She is survived by children, Ryan C. Hines (Paige), Bryce A. Hines (Taylor), Bret T. Hines (Lauran) and Brittany L. Hines; granddaughter, Palmer; sister, Karen Oglesby; mother, Marian Gwendolyn "Gwen" Etheridge; brother, Thomas Etheridge II and John Etheridge; sister-in-law, Sandra Hoff (Mike); and aunt. Linda A. Brown.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children's Hospital 10 McClennan Banks Dr Charleston, SC 29425, where she was a Registered Neonatal Nurse for 27 years.
