Chelsea Davis Mikel, 41, of Folly Beach, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, April 26, 2017. Her Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, May 2, 2017 in J. Henry Stuhr, Inc, Downtown Chapel, 232 Calhoun Street, Charleston, SC, 29401, at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Riverview Memorial Park, 3715 Azalea Dr, North Charleston, SC 29405. The family will receive friends on Monday, May 1, 2017 in J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Downtown Chapel from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.

Chelsea was born April 19, 1976 in Charleston, South Carolina, and was the daughter of James E. Davis of Jedburg, South Carolina, and Nancy Hartin Davis of Folly Beach, South Carolina. A graduate of the University of South Carolina, she was an autism specialist with the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs.

She is survived by her two children, Holden Lee Mikel and Caroline Grace Mikel, both of Summerville, South Carolina; brother, Brian James Davis of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina; two sisters, Alisha Grace Murphy (Sean) of North Charleston, South Carolina and Tiffany Alexandria Davis of Charleston, South Carolina; and two nephews, Harrison and Chase Murphy.
