Charlotte Thames Morse

Charlotte Thames Morse, 75, of Mc Clellanville, South Carolina, wife of the late Julian "Bunny" Newman Morse, Jr. entered into eternal rest Monday, January 29, 2024. Her graveside service will be held Friday, February 2, 2024, in Wilson Cemetery, 761 Cemetery Rd., Awendaw, at 12 PM.  Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Mount Pleasant Chapel.

Charlotte was born July 7, 1948 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late Bonny G. Thames and Wynona Bradshaw Thames.  She was a friend to all, everyone loved her. She made baskets for the less fortunate for Christmas. Charlotte was a member of McClellanville UMC.

She is survived by two children: Julian Wesley Morse of McClellanville, SC and Julia Anna Burbage; five grandchildren: Preston Wesley Morse, Henley Thames Morse, Cody Burbage, Marvin Legette and Christopher Sharpe; sister, Harriet Hutchinson (Eddie) of Moncks Corner, SC. She was preceded in death by her husband, Julian Newman Morse, Jr., and parents.
