Charlotta Lassiter Fettue

Charlotta Lassiter Fettue, 93, of Charleston, South Carolina, widow of Norman Elie Fettue, entered into eternal rest Sunday, January 17, 2016. The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 19, 2016 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Her Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, January 20, 2016 in Stuhr's West Ashley Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Carolina Memorial Park.

Charlotta was born November 23, 1922 in Lake City, South Carolina, daughter of the late Joseph Lassiter and Cornelia Melton Lassiter. She was a retired bookkeeper.

She is survived by her daughters: Jacqueline Stelling of Charleston, Carla Pratt (David) of Charleston, Suzette Gaines of Johns Island, and Sharon F. McDonald (Henry) of Charleston; son, Ronald W. Fettue (Sharon) of Dorchester; nephew, Charles Lassiter (Linda) of Charleston; niece, Sandra Cantrell of FL; ten grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by four brothers, and two sisters.

Pallbearers are Dwayne McDonald, Tron Gaines, Brian Fettue, Shawn Fettue, Daniel Green, and Peyton McDonald.
