Charles Michael Royall

Charles Michael Royall, 68, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Sunday, March 6, 2022. His funeral service will be held at the graveside Friday, April 22, 2022 in Mt. Pleasant Memorial Gardens, 1308 Mathis Ferry Rd, at 10:00 am. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Mount Pleasant Chapel.

Mike was born March 4, 1954 in Elkin, North Carolina, son of the late Charles Millard Royall and Patricia Boles Royall. He was a member of Hibben United Methodist Church, giving faithully for many years, which was ingrained in him at a young age. He was known for his generosity of spirit and donating to many charities. He enjoyed working on cars, but Mike will be remembered most for the way he loved nature, especially spending time with his brother and family on their 10 acres in Awendaw. 

He is survived by his niece, Megan Royall (David Leblanc) of Mt. Pleasant; a nephew, William Pennington (Christine) of Batesville, AK; and aunt, Barbara Stroud of Mt. Airy, NC; a sister-in-law, Lori Backus Royall of Mt. Pleasant; and great nieces and nephews, Brielle Leblanc, Bryson Leblanc, Denver Pennington and Lynleigh Pennington.

He is preceded in death by his brother Jeffrey Boles Royall.
