Charles "Chuck" Steven Marschke, 53, husband of Diane Mitchum Marschke of Huger, South Carolina passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2011. The relatives and friends of Charles "Chuck" Marschke are invited to attend his Funeral Service on Saturday, December 31, 2011 in J. HENRY STUHR MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL at 12:00 Noon. Burial will follow in Halfway Creek Cemetery in Shulerville, SC. The family will receive friends in the Mount Pleasant Chapel on Friday, December 30, 2011 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.

Chuck was born on December 31, 1957 in Chicago, Illinois, son of the late Steven Rzyski and Arlene Lucas Roswalka. He served in the United States Marines and worked in the Canteen of Nucor. He also had a passion for football especially when it came to the South Carolina Gamecocks and Chicago Bears.

He is survived by his wife, Diane M. Marschke of Huger, SC; children, Samantha Marschke and her husband, Josh of Summerville, SC, Lindsey Marschke of Huger, SC, Tammy Stockman and her husband, Chris of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Wendy Thurlow and her husband, Daryl of Huger, SC and Timmy Villeponteaux of Huger, SC; seven grandchildren; two sisters, Carrie Will and her husband, David of Cedar Lake, IN and Marla Schultz and her husband, John of Lansing, IL.
