Charles Fleck, 48, of North Charleston, SC, affectionately known to friends and family as "Charlie Brown," died Wednesday, October 12, 2011, peacefully at home.
Born February 16, 1963 in Charleston, SC he was one of the three children of Marvin Edward Fleck and Phyllis Jolene Harris. He was self employed in the fishing industry.
Mr. Fleck is survived by his mother, Phyllis Jolene Harris of Charleston Heights, SC; father, Marvin E. Fleck and his wife Lynn of Hartwell, GA, sons, Brian Fleck and Nathan Fleck both of Hanahan, SC and their mother, Sondra J. Walker; step-daughters, Jessica Craven and Daisy Godfrey both of North Charleston, SC; grandson, Julius Jackson Craven; step-brother, Donald Hammer; sister, Cindy Lee Fleck; brother, William J. Fleck; numerous aunts and uncles; maternal grandmother, Marge Johnson of Meridian, ID; and former wife, Kelli Parker.
The family will receive friends in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road, Friday, between 1:00 and 3:30 PM. The graveside service will be held at Carolina Memorial Park Friday, October 14, 2011 at 4:00 PM.
