Charles Thomas Bradley, Jr., 54, of Charleston, South Carolina, husband of Karen Louise Bradley, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, January 12, 2021. Memorial service will be held at St. Luke's Episcopal Church 155 Goshen Road Rincon GA on Saturday March 20th from 2pm to 3pm. Covid-19 restrictions apply - masks are required and social distancing will limit the number of persons allowed in Sanctuary at one time.
Charles was born September 27, 1966 in Denver, Colorado, son of the late Charles Thomas Bradley and the late Betty Lou Anderson. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Population Organismic Biology from the University of Colorado - Boulder. He was highly regarded as a consummate professional with the utmost integrity. He took his family abroad when he would travel for work, providing experiences of a life time, destinations included Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Germany, Canada, Austria, Belgium and France. Charles enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and camping, was an avid supporter of the Boy Scouts of America and volunteered as a Scout Leader. He was also an enthusiastic numismatist. More than anything, Charles was a family man with an unending love for his wife and children. He was a quiet giant, with a great heart for others. If you were lucky enough to know him, you were the recipient of a friendship that had no limits.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Karen of Bluffton, SC; sons, Chase Bradley of Statesboro, GA and Ben Bradley of Bluffton, SC; sister, Jean Acsell (Jeff) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; father, Dale Anderson of Lakewood, CO; mother-in-law, Beverly Dengerud of Panama City, FL; brother-in-law, John Dengerud Panama City, FL; two sisters-in-law, Tracie Oberuc (Tim) of Coon Rapids, MN and Christina Enno of Knoxville, TN; and multiple nieces and nephews and great-nieces.
