Charles was born September 27, 1966 in Denver, Colorado, son of the late Charles Thomas Bradley and the late Betty Lou Anderson. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Population Organismic Biology from the University of Colorado - Boulder. He was highly regarded as a consummate professional with the utmost integrity.
