Charleen Scott Teague

July 28, 1943 — May 2, 2013

Charleen Scott Teague, 69, of James Island, South Carolina, widow of R. A. Henry Teague entered into eternal rest Thursday, May 2, 2013. Her Funeral Service will be held Monday, May 6, 2013 in St. Johannes Lutheran Church 1:00 p.m. Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday at the family residence between 5:00 and 8:00 p.m. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL.

Charleen was born July 28, 1943 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of Caulder Briton Scott and Katherine Marie Guerette Scott. She attended James Island High School and was a member of St. Johannes Lutheran Church. Charleen retired from real estate after 17 years.

She is survived by five daughters: Cheryl T. Abercrombie (David) of Madison, FL, Laura T. Bowers (Ted), Jennifer T. Ballentine (Steve), Angela T. McClure (Jimmy) and Penelope T. Kanapaux (Kelly) all of James Island, SC; eleven granchildren: Karyn, Bonnie, Andy, Mickey, Hailey Rhame, Billy, Jay, Krysten, Anna Claire, Kelly Jr., Jessica Lynn and three great grandchildren: Isabella, Carter and Jackson.

Memorials may be made to St. Johannes Lutheran Church, 48 Hasell Street, Charleston, SC 29401or to Agape Hospice, 9301 Medical Plaza Drive, Charleston, SC 29406.
