Chadwick Davis Lee

Chadwick Davis Lee, 20, of Summerville, SC, died Tuesday, September 14, 2010, in a local hospital.

Born August 14, 1990 in Charleston, SC he was one of two children of Dale Cannon Lee and Lisa Marie Osborn Carreiro.

Chad is survived by his Father and stepmother, Dale & Cheryl Lee of Bonneau, SC; mother and stepfather, Lisa and Kenneth Carreiro of Summerville, SC; brother, Chip Lee of Summerville, SC; stepbrothers: Justin Carreiro of Summerville, SC, Tyler McWethy of Bonneau, SC and Corey McWethy of Greenville, SC; maternal grandmother, Polly Carreiro of Moncks Corner, SC; paternal grandmother, Melba Lee of Moncks Corner, SC; many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his dear great-aunt Hilda who died in June of this year.

The family will receive friends Thursday, September 16, 2010 at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road, between 6:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M.  The funeral and burial will be private.
