Cecilia Hope Sparrow, the infant daughter of Matthew and Allison Sparrow, who was born July 20, 2018 in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, died Sunday, February 17, 2019 in Charleston. A funeral service will be held Friday, February 22, 2019 in the Hibben United Methodist Church, 690 Coleman Boulevard at 1:00 pm. The family will receive friends following the service. She is survived by her parents of Mt. Pleasant, SC; sister, Perry Sparrow of Mt. Pleasant, SC; maternal grandparents, Teresa and Charles Wilfong of Mt. Pleasant, SC; paternal grandparents, Claudia and Samuel Sparrow of Scranton, SC; great grandparents Elsie Herman of Hickory, NC, John Sparrow of Scranton, SC and Chuck Collier of Orangeburg, SC; aunts and uncles, Bryan Wilfong and Kathryn Sherry of Charlotte, NC, Claire Wilfong of Charleston, SC, Amanda and Harrison Rapp of Greenville, SC and Samantha Sparrow of Scranton, SC and two cousins, Booker and Riggins Rapp and many great aunts and great uncles.
